The plants are starter plants that can range in size from 4-12 inches depending if they were cut back or growing cycle, but most of the time they are 5-10 inches. Plant Description
Basjoo is the most cold tolerant banana plant in the world and can withstand temperatures down to -3°F and with protective mulch it can withstand temperatures down to -20°F. The plant will be only ornamental. Basjoo is an excellent addition to any landscape design and great for pots around a patio. The plant is a full size banana plant and can reach heights up to 18 ft. tall. The foliage is right up there with the most beautiful of all bananas.
How to Grow
First, I Recommend to start off your plants by growing them in a 4 inch pot with Happy Frog Potting soil. This product has fertilizer and soil beneficials already mixed in. After your plants are larger and more rooted, they can be re-potted or planted in normal decent soils about 3-4 ft apart. Water when your soil is about dried out. Plants like Full Sun, but a little shade won’t hurt.

Please re-pot your plants immediately and if there are concerns please take pictures of how they arrive and what they look like after they are repotted. Send your concerns immediately. After 7-14 days if your plants are not showing signs of proper growth we will offer a solution. Our solution may be a credit, replacements or refunds. I was emailed to review this transaction and was unable to reply back or call to express I never received any products. Not only do I need to now contact my credit card company for a fraudulent charge, as I can only assume it won’t be delivered, I also still need to get the plants.
